Returns / Refunds:

All sales on myssproject.com are final and not returnable or refundable. If you have any questions before making a purchase, message us on Instagram (@myssproject) and we will do our best to answer them.

 

Incorrect/Defective Item Received:

If you received the wrong product or you suspect a product you receive is damaged or defective, we require an email to be sent to info@myssproject.com within 72 hours of order delivery. In the email, include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and pictures or videos of the item(s).

Based on the situation presented, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Myss reserves the right to deny any request for refund, exchange, or repair.
