Shipping policy

Fulfillment:

Orders are packed and shipped from Washington (USA) 0-2 days after ordering.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Myss is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays.

 

Shipping Rates:

All shipping rates displayed at checkout are direct from our shipping carrier. Domestic shipping options have no added upcharge.

Estimated Shipping Cost:

• Domestic (US): $4 USD
• International (Non-US): $17 USD

Myss is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

 

International Shipping (Outside USA):

International shipments that get returned to Myss will be held for 30 days. In cases where we did not make a mistake when shipping the order, the buyer will need to pay for postage again before the order is re-shipped.

For orders shipped to an address outside of the United States, if customs duties/fees/taxes are not evaluated and/or paid for at checkout, they become the customer’s responsibility.

Brazil, Colombia	[DHL eCommerce] [FedEx Connect Plus] [USPS]  Shipments using the above carriers should expect delays. 1-2 month shipping time is common. Using other shipping options is highly recommended.
Mexico	[DHL eCommerce] [FedEx Connect Plus] [USPS] Shipments using the above carriers should expect delays. Tracking is not available after the item crosses the border. Delivery times to rural parts of Mexico using these services can be as long as 2-3 months. Using alternate shipping methods is highly recommended.

Myss is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that occur during the shipment of international orders
