Really satisfied with the product

I’ll be honest I was a little nervous about the whole quality of the necklace and it made me hesitant to actually buy it. I’ve had the necklace in my wish list for a while, but this year I decided i wanted to give it a shot. I’m actually incredibly and well positively surprised at how good the actual necklace is. I’ve had it for days, haven’t even took it off since I bought it and it’s been so great. The shine is still there and it looks brand new, so I can tell the quality really is top tier. But in general the whole shipping thing was flawless as well. Always sent me messages/updates on where the product was and the packaging was really nice. I can’t say anything bad about this product because it was exactly like the pictures and description said it was. I really recommend anyone who wants something really good looking, good product and in general a quality product

quality chain and great customer service!!

i bought this chain for my boyfriend and he loves it! at one point, i needed some help from their customer service team, and they were very attentive and helped with any concerns i had. ended up very happy with the chain, definitely sleek and high quality. would recommend! :)

Good product! Shipping horrible.

Good product. But the shipping is way too long (1 month to arrive in Canada)! They should use UPS instead of DHL. And the email exchanges should be more courteous, meaning including a greeting and a more formal structure. Otherwise the product is good.

With regards to shipping, we offer DHL and UPS shipping options for the customer to select at checkout. UPS is typically more expensive so most customers choose DHL (but it uses Canada Post so it takes longer). If you didn't see the option to use UPS shipping at checkout, then its likely they don't deliver to your address, since the shipping options are only available when the address is within the service area.

As for our formality during email exchanges with you, we appreciate your feedback and will be more formal in the future.
